We are always looking for passionate and committed individuals so if that sounds like you, please see below for our current vacancies

Who We Look For

At Oxfordshire Youth we are passionate about young people. We look for professional, hardworking and committed individuals whose main passion is for improving the lives of young people. Staff members are encouraged to collaborate and share ideas; we welcome people that can flourish in this progressive environment. As is common in the world of youth work, hours are often outside the usual 9-5, so flexibility is important. A friendly and open-minded person is also highly valued!

Our Commitment

We are committed to being a fair and inclusive employer. We work hard to create an open environment that is supportive and where self-development is actively promoted. Our team work is creative, transparent and collaborative. This approach is used across the whole organisation and we inspire this in all our staff. Our policies and procedures are continuously updated to ensure that they are fair, active and ensure best practice.
